Riverside House - South East

Hapticity were introduced to this project by the client’s trusted contractor and worked with them to realise the potential of this 1990s property, which felt disconnected from its beautiful location and was thermally inefficient. A new insulated, external envelope around the whole building complements the locality with attentive detailing and carefully chosen materials. The kitchen has been extended into the gardens, creating a spacious sequence of living spaces which open up to views of the river and meadow.
